Pete contacted me via email almost immediately. I called him the next day and he was driving but offered to pull over to get my information. I said he could call back when he reached his destination, and he did. He met me that afternoon, gave me a bid which was very reasonable. He told me what he would do and he did exactly that. He also noticed a couple of other things and fixed them..he didn't charge me for those, but I gave him some extra because that was truly "above and beyond".
